Standard & Poor’s has published a report on Azerbaijani banks (BBB-/stable/A-3) using the BICRA system, Trend reports.
Azerbaijan is ranked 8 in the BICRA group together with Argentina, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Nigeria and Georgia. Azerbaijan has few risks of economic misbalance and has achieved progress in bank monitoring in the last years.
BICRA includes analyses of economic risks and sectorial risks, with ranks 7 and 8 respectively for Azerbaijan.
