The Ministry of Agriculture of Stavropol Territory has started paying
subsidies to farmers after losing its case in court, RIA Novosti reprots.
A Stavropol court considered several cases where agrarians were
trying to get subsidies of more than 90 million rubles.
In July the court forced the Ministry of Agriculture to pay 1.5.
million rubles to the company "Zolotaya Niva" and 6.7 million rubles to
"Kochubeevskaya Ptitsefabrika".
