Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachyov said that the region’s GRP should reach 1.3 trillion rubles this year. Economy has grown by 2% in 7 months this year, keeping the positive pace until the end of the year, Interfax reports.
Investments are expected to exceed 612 billion rubles in 2012, compared with 600 billion in 2011.
The region takes the third position, in terms of investment Attractivity. 7% of Russian investments go to the Krasnodar Territory. The region is realizing 256 investment projects worth a total of 826 billion rubles. Realizing them will open 16,000 new workplaces and provide 69 billion rubles of tax income annually.
The governor expects the regional budget to grow 10-fold in 10 years.
