About 2.4 billion rubles will be invested in Sochi gasification before 2014, Sochi Mayor Anatoly Pakhomov said, Yuga.ru reports.
Almost all residential areas of the Adler District will have gas before 2014 and 90% of Sochi residents before 2020.
Pakhomov reminded that the 172km long Jugba-Lazarevskoye-Sochi Gas Pipeline had been launched in 2011. The Adler gas distribution station is under construction to provide fuel for the Adler thermal power plant.
