Ukrainian president wants to cooperate with Customs Union

Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych said at the annual Yalta European Strategy Forum that Ukraine was searching for cooperation and integration in the Customs Union, RIA Novosti reports.

He expressed interest in the Eurasian Economic Society.

Moscow offered Kiev to join the Customs Union in exchange for lower prices for energy carriers. Ukraine says that it will need to change the Constitution and offers to cooperate in the 3+1 format (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan + Ukraine).
