The foundation laying ceremony of a carbamide plant of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in the Kulevi Free Industrial Zone (FIZ) (in western Georgia) will be held on September 18, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev told reporters on Monday, Trend reports.
The foundation-laying ceremony of the new enterprise in Kulevi will be attended by Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili.
