British Midland International and Austrian Airlines end flights to Iran

British Midland International (BMI) and Austrian Airlines stop flights to Iran in October, Trend reports.

BMI will stop the flights on October 1, Austrian Airlines on October 10.

BMI says that Iran stopped fueling its planes at the Imam Khomeini International Airport in Tehran for the refusal of western states to fuel Iranian air companies in European airports, including the Heathrow International Airport in London.

The British international airport at Kent stopped fueling Iranian planes in 2011.
