Chechnya to build new cement plant


Chechnya to build a modern cement plant with a capacity of 3.1 million
tons a year.  The agreement on this issues was signed by the
republican governemtn and the Vneshekonombank corporation during the
Internation investment forum Sochi-2012, yuga.ru reports.  The
documents was signed by the president of Chechen government Abubakar
Edelgeriyev and the head of the bank Valdimir Dmitriyev.
As the press-service of the Chechen government says, the agreement
provides for long-term stratergic partnership.
According to the Industry and Energy Ministry of Chechen republic
Galas Taymaskhanov the new plant will provide the region with a
necessary commodity and create additional workplaces. The price of
cement in the republic can also affect the housing prices, added
Taymaskhanov.
