Tbilisi is to begin construction of a new district called Dirsichala. It will be built on the Kura waterfront by the Azerbaijani company "AS Group Investment", Trend reports.
About 2000 people will be employed on the construction, and after the launch 1500 Tbilisi citizens will work there.
The complex will have a single architectural style and consist of 22 well-appointed buildings.
