Draft budget for 2013 to be considered by State Duma

The draft federal budget for 2013-2015 has been submitted to the Duma,
RIA Novosti reports.

According to the bill, projected total federal revenues in 2013 will
amount to 12 trillion 865.9 billion rubles. The total costs are
estimated at the level of 13 trillion 387.3 billion rubles.

The federal budget deficit, according to the bill, in 2013 will amount
to 521,415 billion rubles.

The federal budget for 2013 has been established on the basis of a
projected GDP of 66 trillion 515 billion rubles and the inflation rate
not exceeding 5.5%.

For 2014 and 2015, budget revenues are expected to amount to 14
trillion 63.4 billion rubles and 15 trillion 615.5 billion rubles.

The total amount of federal spending in 2014, according to the bill,
will be 14 trillion 207 billion rubles. In 2015 the government expects
to spend 15 trillion 626.3 billion rubles.
