Georgian authorities plan to establish a Duty Free zone at the Russian-Georgian border checkpoint of Verhniy Lars,Business Georgia reports.
The checkpoint was opened on the May 1 on the basis of the first Georgian-Russian diplomatic agreement mediated by Switzerland.
