The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan and the BP corporation have signed an agreement on the main commercial principals for gas prospecting and developing promising facilities on the Caspian shore, ITAR-TASS reports.
"This document precedes the concluding contract, which will be signed in the autumn of 2010 ", said the head of the Investment Department of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, Vagif Aliev.
