The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is going to increase delivery of gas to Russia. President of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullaev told journalists that they had offered the Russian Corporation "Gazprom" delivery of 2 billion cubic meters of gas in 2011, 1news.az reports.
Several days ago, addressing the annual meeting of "Gazprom" shareholders, CEO Alexey Miller announced that the Corporation is ready to buy as much gas as Azerbaijan can offer.
