Ecology control posts put into operation in Sochi

Automatic ecology control posts will become part of the monitoring of the ecological situation on the construction sites of Olympic facilities in Sochi, RIA Novosti reports.
"The modern equipment allows us to monitor the air condition, along with collecting meteorological data," said in a statement of the Russian Ministry for Nature.
Two ecology control posts have been put into operation so far. Data from the posts is being sent directly to the ministry's website and is open to?the public.
