The Krasnodar Territory will have a deficit of 9.53 billion rubles in 2013. Public budget discussions will be held in Krasnodar on November 12.
The region will have a budgeted income of 156.38 billion rubles and about 165.91 billion rubles of expenses.
Budget surplus in 2014 and 2015 will total 1.34 billion and 3 billion rubles respectively. Income will total 159.33 billion rubles in 2014 and 170.55 billion rubles in 2015, expenses will total 157.98 billion rubles and 167.55 billion rubles respectively.
Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachyov said that budget policy will be reconsidered due to the floods this summer. He emphasized that no budget reduction will be made.
