Four empty cargo carriages have been derailed on the Vardenis-Shorzha Railway in Armenia this morning.
Armenian railways are managed by the Southern Caucasus Railway, a subsidiary of Russian Railways. Concessional management started on February 13, 2008. It will continue for 30 years with a possible extension of the deal by 10 years.
