Gazprom (Russia) has lost the case against RWE Transgas (Czech Republic) at the International Arbitrary Court of the Federal Economic Chamber in Vienne, PRIME reports.
Disputes were provoked when Gazprom reduced prices for gas for GDF Suez (France), Wingas (Germany), SPP (Slovakia), Sinergie Italiane (Italy) and Econgas (Austria). RWE Transgas has been given an opportunity to reduce the volumes of obligations within the contract with Gazprom.
