The Stavropol Territory will have a budget of 68.7 billion rubles (income and expenses) in 2013, Interfax reports.
The budget in 2014 will total 73.7 billion rubles and 80.7 billion rubles in 2015. It is peculiar for lack of deficit. Governor of the region Valery Zerenkov said that such budget will keep the state debt unchanged.
