Moscow will host the fourth session conference of signees of the convention for ecological protection of the Caspian Sea on December 10-12.
The convention was signed by Russia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan in Tehran on November 4, 2003, within the framework of the UN Environmental Program (UNEP). The document came into force in August 2006.
