Iran and Armenia will have a ceremony of founding a dam over River Araz on November 8, Mehr reports.
Seyid Muhammad Rza Rzazade, Director General of the Iranian Company for Ground Waters and Energy Development, said that the dam will have a power of 260 MW and will produce 1700 GW of electricity annually.
