Yakutia Airlines starts regular flights from Irkutsk (Russia) to Yerevan (Armenia) today, director of one of the company’s offices in Irkutsk Sergey Fayzulin said, News Armenia reports.
Flight will be made using Boeing 737-800s on Thursdays. They will take 6 h 40 min with a ticket price of 10,500 rubles.
105 tickets have been sold to fly from Irkutsk to Yerevan and 20 to fly back. More flights will be opened in mid-2013.
Each flight needs at least 130 to cover the expenses, Fayzulin says.
Not a single other company makes flights between Irkutsk and Yerevan.
