The Executive Directors' board of the International Monetary Fund has decided to allocate 50 million SDR (74.8 million dollars) to Georgia in the framework of the crisis management program "Stand-by", Interfax reports referring to the Tbilisi IMF office. This is the sixth tranche for Georgia since 2008. The Executive Directors' board recorded economic growth, but stressed the importance of increasing the country's development. The sum will be delivered for budgetary needs only.
The Georgia's debt to the IMF now stands at 945.4 million dollars, constituting 27.4 % of the entire national debt.
