The FSB has arrested a local of the Magadan Region with 17 kg of gold from Kolyma he planned to bring to Ingushetia for militants, RIA Novosti reports.
His group of smugglers was involved in illegal tax refunds, banking and money laundering. The FSB believes that over a billion rubles were stolen from the budget.
