Russian Vice Premier Arkady Dvorkovich said that changing the telephone operator with preservation of the phone number should not exceed 100 rubles of fees.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev emphasized that preservation of the number was a big problem for people willing to change the operator to keep in touch with relatives and friends.
