Legal personalities are going to be penalized for monopoly and violation of competition. Such an amendment will be introduced into the "Criminal Code of Georgia", "Business Gruzia" reports.
According to the present-day law, only physical persons can be charged with monopoly. The new law will make the judicial authorities able to charge the legal personalities also.
