The Northern Caucasus Resorts has published shares worth 9.8 billion rubles, the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia says.
Thus, capitalization of the company reached 15.191 billion rubles. The shares were purchased by the Exclusive Economic Zones.
The charter capital of the Northern Caucasus Resorts totals 60 billion rubles. Exclusive Economic Zones owns 97.69% of its shares, Vnesheconombank 1.97%, Sberbank Rossii 0.33% - all being state structures.
