Vladislav Kaskiv, head of the Ukrainian State Agency for Investments and Management of National Projects, an official of Gas Natural Fenosa (Spain) and Excelerate Energy (USA) signed deals to realize construction of a liquefied gas terminal.
Ukrainian Minister for Energy Yuri Boyko said that the US company was the owner of gas facilities and Spain was the investor.
Ukrainian president plans to visit Qatar to discuss grain exchange for gas. It will make the gas from Qatar three times less expensive than that from Russia.
