From now on the Russian Post Office will hire migrants, the head of the managing board, Alexander Timofeyev has announced.
He explained the company hasn't got enough employees and cannot hire natives due to the low salaries. The average salary of a postman in Moscow is 13-14 thousand roubles (less than $500), he added.
