The Stavropol Territory has passed its budget with income and expense values at 68.7 billion rubles in 2013, 73.7 billion in 2014, 80.7 billion in 2015 with no deficit.
About 2.7 billion more rubles will be spent on teachers in 2013-2015, 1.5 billion extra rubles on doctors.
800 million will be spent on opening 4800 extra nursery seats.
About 370 million rubles will be spent on infrastructure and engineering networks of Kavkazskiye Mineralniye Vody. Additional 25 million rubles will be spent on sports facilities.
