A dry-cargo ship of unidentified origin has sunk in the Marmara Sea near Istanbul with 12 people aboard, TRT Haber reports.
Another one, probably Russian, is drifting at the Istanbul coast. It had malfunction of controls. 14 sailors are on the shore.
