Serbia and Azerbaijan have a great potential for further development and promotion of trade and economic cooperation, Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic said today in a meeting with Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev, Trend reported.
"Serbia and Azerbaijan have had very good bilateral political relations, and expressed his gratitude to Azerbaijan on its consistent support to Serbia's defending the principles of its sovereignty and territorial integrity in Kosovo-Metohija," Cvetkovic said.
The sides agreed that future cooperation could be carried out primarily in the sectors of energy and pharmaceutical industry.
