Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov says that the initiatives proposed by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Federal Assembly yesterday will compensate the lack of balance in development of regions and stop the drain of young specialists.
Redistribution of tax payments will allow regions to have more resources to overcome their fall behind the average indicators in Russia.
Yevkurov says that stimulation of investments, small and medium-scale business, return of off-shore resources back to Russian economy will help accomplish the goal of opening and modernizing 25 million workplaces.
One third of the Ingush population is young people. Prospects for good education, employment and accommodation will make Russia attractive for living, the Ingush leader emphasizes.
