Iranian Minister for Economy and Finances Shamseddin Hussein has become the first Iranian official to describe the economic damage caused by US sanctions, 1news.az reports.
The minister noted that budget income had halved. Even 85% tax coverage and good customs fees cannot compensate the loss. He added that 40% of all income the Iranian budget was expecting had been lost.
