Ministry of Economic Development to show 0 % growth of GDP

The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia is forecasting 0% growth of the GDP in the first quarter of 2013 in comparison with the last quarter of 2012, Lenta reports.
The overall economic growth based on the whole year in the first quarter of 2013 will amount to 2 %. Earlier the Ministry reported that it might downcast the forecast down to 3 or 3.2 %.
November 2012 became the sixth month of the year in which the yearly economic growth showed tendencies of decline.
