North Caucasus Resorts to gain full economic freedom

The territory of the North Caucasus tourist cluster will be declared a free economic zone. The cluster itself will now include the Grand Spa Yutsa economic zone situated in Stavropol Territory. A corresponding document has been signed recently by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

The idea to include the tourist facilities of Stavropol Territory in the North Caucasus tourist cluster was proposed by the Russian ministry of economic development.
