SOCAR develops plan to clear oil spills

The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) has developed a plan to clear oil spills, its website reports.

The plan includes measures to prevent spills of oil and its products during operations of SOCAR and measures to clear spills.
