Anti-Iranian sanctions aggravate cancer and hemophilia

Anti-Iranian sanctions aimed at persuading Iran to stop development of the nuclear program have caused a reduction of shipments of medicaments for hundreds of thousands of Iranians suffering from cancer and hemophilia, Gazeta.ru cites the head of Darou Pakhsh, the largest pharmaceutical company in Iran.

Some medicaments contain components banned by the sanctions because they may be used for military purposes.
