"Naftabank" to pay fine of 100,000 rubles for improper advertising

According to the website of the anti-monopoly body, in May 2012 one of the federal TV channels showed advertisements for a bank that, in violation of the law, did not contain information on the timing of an event, its organizer, the rules of its implementation, the number of prizes, or the date, place and manner of their production. 

The Dagestani FAS decided to impose a fine of 100 thousand rubles on the bank.
