Iran's parliament has prepared a bill on measures to support domestic
production. Parliamentary deputy Hamdrza Foulagdar said that the project includes
nine points. "The best way out of the current economic downturn is to
support domestic production," Foulagdar said.
Financing local production will be supported by the National
Development Fund (NDF) from oil exports. Last year the NDF gave $3
billion in loans for agriculture and industry, deputy
director of the NDF Mohammad Hosseini-Qassem says.
