Kuban Airlines will be checked for purposeful bankruptcy suspicions, transportation prosecutor Sergey Borisikhin says, Yuga.ru reports.
The company owes staff wages for December, though there have been no protests yet. It authorities plan to start paying off debts this week to be free of debts in late January or early February.
A court process of the company was postponed from January 10 to January 17, 2013.
