Turkey has announced a tender to increase imports of electricity from Iran. The volumes of imports using the Bascale-Hoy power line will increase from 300 MW to 400 MW and Dogubeyazyt-Bazargan to 40 MW.
Turkey imported 5.8 billion KW/h in the first 11 months of 2012.
