FAS allows Rosneft-TNK-BP deal

Today the Russian Federal Anti-monopoly Service (FAS) agreed to allow the purchase of 100% of TNK-BP by Rosneft,
on several conditions. The FAS demands that, two

months after the purchase, Rosneft must request information from the
FAS on Russian regions in which its overall proportion of sales of
fuel will exceed 50%.  In the coming year, Rosneft will then have to
reduce the percentage down to 50%.

In addition, the company is required to provide sales on the domestic
stock exchange of from 10% of the monthly amount of fuel production aimed
at the domestic market.
