The Caspian Research Institute of Fisheries has held a meeting of the
Academic Council, which summed up the results of research conducted
in 2012. The Federal Fisheries Agency reported that the Institute has
conducted 15 sea and river expeditions.
The research conducted allows the conclusion that Dagestan can produce fish
all year round, RIA-Dagestan reports.
Scientists are planning to conduct research work in order to preserve,
restore and management the aquatic resources of the Caspian basin in
the near future.
