The beds of the Rivers Mzymta and Laura in Sochi, which were damaged in the course
of construction work, are being reconstructed.
The rivers suffered during construction works associated with the
Olympic Games. In March 2011, a declaration on the obligation to
restore the rivers, their beds and banks was signed.
Restoration works are expected to be completed by autumn 2013.
