Azerbaijan plans to increase annual gas extraction by 15-16 billion cubic meters a year by launching the second phase of Shah Deniz development, Minister for Industry and Energy Natig Aliyev said at the Euronest PA.
The minister noted that the main principles of Azerbaijan were to fulfill home demand for energy resources, increase of security and rise of Azerbaijan’s role in global economy.
