The Interregional Distribution Grid Company (IDGC) of the North Caucasus and the Krasnodar Territory will be under control of the Eurasian Energy Holdings of Russia and Korea, Russia 1 reports.
Half of the holdings belongs to the Northern Caucasus Resorts.
