Dagestan has taken the 83rd position, in terms of budget availability of Russian regions, Dagestani acting Minister for Economy Rayudin Yusufov said at the committee for economic policy of the Dagestani parliament.
It needs over 11 billion to reach the medium level of budget availability.
The minister noted that heads of municipalities had no interest in increasing income.
Yusufov proposed formation of a fund of about 50-60 million rubles to stimulate municipalities. All investment programs involving heads of municipalities and MPs will be reconsidered and finances redistributed.
