Turkey needs at least four more Petkim chemical facilities, as stated by Kenan Yavuz, head of SOCAR Turkey Energy and member of the board of Petkim.
SOCAR received a license from EPDK for distribution of fuel at the domestic market of Turkey on January 10, 2013.
