Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that he wanted to make Grozny the most comfortable and attractive city of the North Caucasus, the Chechen government reports.
Kadyrov had a session at the mayor’s office and discussed improvement of living standards and residential areas, restoration of infrastructure, housing and utility services and economic climate as priority goals for the upcoming months.
He emphasized the need for delicacy for memorials and monuments of architecture.
