550 people suffered from a power cut at Dombai in Karachay-Cherkessia at 8.15 am today, RIA Novosti cites Bela Cherkesova, spokeswoman of the Main Directorate of the Ministry for Emergencies.
According to preliminary information, the power cut was caused by a break on the power line. Seven specialists and two vehicles were mobilized to fix the lines.
